Mason had a really rough night last night. If he wasn't sleeping he was crying. His voice is starting to go from all the crying he was doing. The poor guy is so tuckered out.
We are continuing on our regimen of his seizure meds and Ibuprofen every 6 hours. It's really not helping with the pain.
We are calling the on-call doctor today to see if we can find out anything from the blood culture. Because of his irritability, we will probably have to go to the walk-in to see if they can give him anything to help ease his pain.
Luckily though, he has not had a fever since yesterday morning. No seizures either.
Hoping today is a better day for him...
