Mason's 2 year birthday!

I can't believe it's already been two years...two years since we made that trip to Aspirus...fearing that it was another false alarm and that I was going to be told that I only had a "bladder spasm", not the breaking of water. :)

Wow, Jen is doing great. We're at 9.5 cm dialated. Will probably start pushing in an hour.
Baby has also turned face down so that should make things a little better.
Kendra our nurse, has said girl, 7lbs 4 ounces. 1:45pm. So we'll see

IT'S A BOY

Jen and I would like to intruduce Mason James Mrdutt
Mason was 8lbs 7.5 oz and was 20 inches long.
Has light brown hair.

They took him to the NICU- was a long labor with a lot of pushing
want to watch his vitals for awhile
Jen is doing fine... and where both extremely exhasted

Visitors are welome after 6:00

It's so amazing to go back and read our posts from the past 2 years as we've gone through some of the biggest joys and the biggest struggles of our lives. Mason has gone through some tough times but each morning when he greets you with his huge smile, you wouldn't even know it. Chris and I are so incredibly blessed with such a happy boyy and a huge loving family to share him with.

Tonight, Mason got a big 'ol dose of sugar tonight to celebrate his b-day. We tried this with him last year but he was still too young to understand what he was supposed to do with it:



We look forward to doing the same thing again Saturday with all of the family.
