Checking in on the Baby Girl

Last week Thursday we had another ultrasound to see baby girl.  She is 31 weeks utero, weighing in at a healthy 4 lbs.

We had this appointment to double check the fluid around her heart, which was a little more than normal at the last ultrasound.  The fluid is still there.  The doctor also noticed that she has tricuspid regurgitation, which means her tricuspid valve in her heart leaks a bit as its pumping.  It could turn out to be normal, but we'll double check it in 3 more weeks to see.  Thoughts and prayers for this matter are appreciated.

After the heart check the doctor gave us lots of time to adore her little face. She's got quite the lips, which are definitely a Mrdutt trait.  Her nose is interesting as well, we wonder if the Henrichs nose skipped a generation and blessed this little girl. :)  I think we're going to have a little chunk-a-lunk on our hands.

We are very excited to meet this adorable little face in approximately 9 weeks.
